Our January backpacking campout was held at rugged Hamman Scout Ranch in the Texas Hill Country. Cold nights gave way to beautiful crisp days. In February, the troop went to Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake State Parks in central Texas. Two thumbs up for this campout! Our March campout will be the district Camporee near Brenham. In April, we are heading to Enchanted Rock for a classic Troop125 backpacking trip. Take note! The high adventure crew for 2010 Philmont is getting in shape for the trek! If you are planning to go, please coordinate with the Scoutmaster on required physicals etc. If you don't know Troop 125, please come to any of our scheduled meetings on Monday nights at 7:30 pm. We are in temporary quarters due to renovations at the church, so watch the website for locations of the weekly meetings or contact the Scoutmaster for details.
